i had to have a major abdominal surgery march 24th... 
... this was to fix something semi-ominous discovered during a regular scan and sometimes scope i have every couple of years or so to make sure damage caused by a botched surgery i had at age 9 is remaining stable and not causing problems..... well... this it was causing problems ... ...it was a danger that was always there and addressed through invasive scopes a few times before.... .but this time a lot more was done.... .
it was not fun but i am recovering from it pretty well now..
... had to go back into the hospital 3 times since then for additional tests and one semi-minor procedure.... came back home hopefully for the final time this past wednesday... .....couldn;t do much all this time but lay around and watch tv or play video games... (was under doctors orders to do as little as possible and even avoid stress) ........ . sitting at a desk or holding a laptop computer while on the sofa or recliner was uncomfortable and sometimes painful - so my online time was very limited... ....spent a lot of time in bed....... ...probably the worst thing of all was i couldn;t work in the kitchen.. ... i never realized how much i started enjoying that after the covid lockdowns made that my primary duty in the household.....
but anyway..... i;m back and on the way to returning to full duty and hopefully resume full activity like before... ...(archery - surf - bicycle etc..
