it was not fun but i am recovering from it pretty well now.. ... had to go back into the hospital 3 times since then for additional tests and one semi-minor procedure.... came back home hopefully for the final time this past wednesday... .....couldn;t do much all this  time but lay around and watch tv or play video games... (was under doctors orders to do as little as possible and even avoid stress) ........ . sitting at a desk or holding a laptop computer while on the sofa or recliner was uncomfortable and sometimes painful - so my online time was very limited... ....spent a lot of time in bed.......  ...probably the worst thing of all was i couldn;t work in the kitchen.. ... i never realized how much i started enjoying that after the covid lockdowns made that my primary duty in the household.....

I love beauty.  I love the beauty of birds, flowers, mountains, the beach, and women's faces, among other things.  Recently, Tumblr banned nudity.  While this offends my libertarian sensibilities, it really pleases me, personally, because I get to browse through photos of women without having to see nudes, which is something I don't want to see.  In fact, I'd prefer not to even see bodies.  I like faces.  Unfortunately, there's no filter for faces only, which is why I noticed the unbuttoned, unzipped jean shorts.  (You can also see it on the streets, too, especially in college towns.)

Now, let's get a few things straight.

1. No, I do not lust after these women.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  In fact, even if I were young, handsome, rich and desirable, you couldn't pay me to date 99.9% of these women.  It's something of an irony that the fact that they're so aware that they're attractive that they'd want to be advertised on Tumblr/Instagram/etc is exactly why I'd run from them as far as I could get.  I mean, would you like to date a playboy bunny?  I sure wouldn't. 

2. There's also the issue that some of them are surely porta potty women.  If you don't know what that means, don't look it up unless you want to vomit.

3. While I tend to prefer natural beauty, I admit that sometimes "glam" (makeup) looks very pretty.  I'd hate to see what they look like without all that makeup, but then they don't show themselves that way.  That's one reason why I find Asians like my wife so beautiful - they look so beautiful without any makeup at all.  And, to me, my wife is the most beautiful of all. 

Okay, now that I've gotten all that out of the way, to the point.  

Here's the weird trend I've seen for at least a couple years, primarily among Asians.  They like to take a selfie with a toothbrush in their mouth.  Can someone please tell me what that's about?  I finally found out why Asians like to flash the peace sign, but I'm still baffled by the toothbrush thing.  It's not sensuous.  If they're going for sensuous, they should stick with the traditional strawberry or something (which, to me, is just as silly, but at least it makes sense from a normality point of view).]]>

That difference is carrying over to TV and movies, IMO.  I enjoy even the worst Marvel movies more than DC movies.

I have been enjoying some DC TV shows.  I've been watching The Flash and DC Legends of Tomorrow on Netflix.  They're entertaining -- not as much as the Marvel shows like Daredevil, etc., but still entertaining.  

The Flash is getting old, though.  I'm halfway through the second season of The Flash, and I'm getting sick of it now.  The entire plot line throughout the series has depended upon two things:

1. 

You killed my mother!
You killed my boyfriend!
You killed my father!
You killed my brother!
You killed my best friend!

2. 

Complications caused by keeping secrets from one another.

And if I was to add 3., it would be that they spend so much time on teenage style romance (even though the characters are in their 20s) it gets sickening.

2. I went from working with a team of four to just me - I'm burning out fast

3. I just learned that my employer screwed up two years ago and didn't enroll me in the 401k, so now I lost 2 years of 401k contributions.  I can't prove anything if they misplaced or lost the enrollment, but I KNOW I submitted the enrollment.  

4. Worse, I sent a "I'm fed up and looking for another job" email to a boss of another company, and he forwarded it to the CEO of the company I work for (gee thanks, right?).  So I have a meeting tomorrow with my boss at 4 to discuss it. 

Some of you know I almost died a couple weeks ago, which compounds my stress.  And to add to all the stress, someone hit our car head-on while my wife was driving it.  It's his fault, and his insurance will pay for it, but it will be in the shop for 2 weeks.  Finally, the old 1998 car we have has problems and has to go to the shop on Saturday.  

I can't even begin to express the stress level I have right now.]]>

2) To be fair, I will only use a limited criteria. You can easily fake the results by dividing one OS you like into several groups (with your favorite OS winning every time), while uniting an OS you don’t like into one group.


3) My criteria assume that the user is familiar with Windows, and therefor knows how to operate a computer.
