  after watching lawyer braggs explain his 34 count indictment of president trump.... it all becomes
   crystal clear just exactly what the new york prosecuters are upset about and what criminal counts
   donald trump is guilty of......... and from what i could see there are 5 of them
  
  1. he;s guilty of being a successful businesman in the state of new york...
  
  2. he;s guilty of being a republican in the state of the new york...
  
  3. he;s guilty of running for president in 2016...
  
  4. he;s guilty of beating hilary clinton and winning the presidency in 2016..
  
  5. he;s guilty of running again for president for 2024..... 
  
  that;s about all i could see..... ... does anyone else see additional crimes the democrats
  of new york could charge the former president with?....

  I'm sure they can fabricate more crimes. 
  
  I've seen some "rumblings" the last day or so that Trump's 6th amendment rights were violated because Bragg refused to actually name the intended crime that Trump "supposed" committed to defraud. The 6th amendment guarantees an individual the right to know the charges against them.
  
  
  I'm of the opinion that other states and jurisdictions just might start charging other former Presidents with crimes. I do believe Bill Clinton could be charged with "rape" at any moment. All they have to do is put the victim before a grand jury.
  
  I'm not defending anything someone has done. My main issue is with "selective" prosecution. I have no doubt that every living President could be charged with some crime associated with their actions.
