Pentecostal Women Preachers

Brethren, I have been posting the Biblical doctrine of spiritual gifts, but I want to explain a side-issue: Pentecostal women preachers.
When all the insults and accusations are done, there are no Scriptures that clearly state whether or not a woman can preach. Having said that, here in Mexico:
1) The first Pentecostal woman preacher I met was a con artist and unsuccessful cult leader. She had a successful record of stepping across borders to avoid prosecution and lawsuits. While here in Mexico, she ran a legally-licensed fund raiser in Texas for a non-existent orphanage in Mexico. Mexican officials explained that it was a US matter, as no Mexicans were contributing and all donations were made in the US. Texas officials explained that it was a Mexican matter, as they could not control how she spent the money in Mexico.
2) The second Pentecostal woman preacher I met founded and runs an orphanage. She has a long list of Christians, including me, who will never volunteer for her again because of her conduct. Because Gringos are leaving the area faster than new ones are arriving, her orphanage is in financial difficulty. Years ago, she Had a lot of retired Gringo volunteers. Now she has to recruit American missionaries because the people down here don't want to have anything to do with her. She had seized the small orphanage where I volunteered until it shut down a couple of days ago. She is a known slanderer, who on one occasion attempted to seize the children's church van route that I run.
3) Mayra Neighbor, our pastor's daughter-in-law, is a spiritual gem who goes soul-winning, runs our children's ministries, cares about people, and has a very good testimony. Being Pentecostals, they force her to preach a few times a year, which she doesn't want to do, but everybody loves her. My wife and I want to adopt her, but her husband won't let us.
