  The body double is Teresa Barnwell, who has played Hillary as an actress several times (look up her IMDB page).
  
  Here she is a few years ago.
  
  
  
  The problem is that her eyes give away the fact that she's not Hillary.  That's why you'll always see "healthy" Hillary wearing dark glasses, like in the first photo above.  I put glasses on Teresa to illustrate the difference it makes.
