When first attending and after factually documenting my situation to church staff, I was still made to be aware that I was being watched, the staff knew who I was by name, and I was questioned about my life's direction (by Rev. Ben Jennings). This evidentially resulted from an uncertainty about who I "REALLY" was and what potential problem I presented to the church. Rather odd for a Christian organization after I had done nothing more than start attending and volunteering where there was a need!
In attempting to volunteer as a non-member, I found some discrepancies in what standards were described as those required for those volunteering and staff members and what is actually enforced.
Church administrators when questioned as to prospective members eligibility for involvement in churches ministries refused to respond to what, if any, participation would be permitted based on that individual's background (in spite of explaining and documenting my situation which included completing the church's background check) (by Rev. Craig (Jake) Tovissi). A simple yes or no answer to participation in church ministries, once joining, was refused and I was required to schedule an appointment with a staff minister to have that information provided.
Additionally, Rev. Steven Lytle has blocked me on Facebook (both church site and his personal page) for asking him questions about seminary on his personal Facebook page that were inappropriate for the church site he manages but had insisted I use. The actions of some of the staff as Christian leaders is clearly puzzling.
Update: I was refused a prospective internship by Senior Pastor David (Mike) Frazier who has a staff member who is divorced which was a reason I was advised would be cause for being not considered for a position.

POSSIBLY YOU CAN DISCUSS THIS SITUATION AT YOUR NEXT STAFF MEETING AND GIVE ME RESPONSE ABOUT THIS SITUATION?!
