I want to reiterate a few points that seems to be lost on FSSL. Again, he has shut me out of sharing this. There are ALWAYS multiple sides to a story. FSSL doesn't want anyone to hear all sides of this dispute. This is the only place you will see all sides of the dispute.
1. I created the .org version of FFF forums. I... MOVED that forum to his hosting for FREE. I didn't charge him a dime and I never asked him for anything. I based that forum on the abandoned .com forum. I didn't replicate everything from the .com forum and I added my own content.... etc.
2. FSSL hasn't done anything but add a couple sub forums and a super.... duper privacy statement that adds up to nothing.
3. His accusation/reasoning that he banned me for copying his forum is ridiculous. I never agreed to him that wouldn't start another forum.
4. I GAVE him the .org forum with the understand that he would continue our shared ideal of open dialogue. He has broken that trust I gave him by targeting long time users of the .org forum.
I wish things could be different. I didn't start this forum to bash anyone. You can see from our dialogue, we're not going to agree on this.
Each of you will make your own decision what to believe. I just wanted all of the sides of the disagreement to be understood. -

what you both said is exactly the way i see it too...... ..... and i would like to add that at the time i made the decision to leave the fssl owned .org forum.... it was broken and in my opinion completely dysfunctional....... it was being relentlessly trolled by it;s owner..... and unevenly moderated in a way that based decisions on favoritism and the owners bias....... threads were being started by the forum owner for the sole purpose of trolling other members... .. some of whom were not even there any more .....and then being locked down when his own thread got out of hand.... and sometimes when he simply couldn;t handle disagreement.....
on top of that the search feature was not working.....and the video embedding feature was down....... i gave up on trying to search for anything.... but i told him about the video problem for months..... and he did nothing........ eventually i deleted all the posts i made with videos and gave up on that too.... .. ... he only decided to fix that problem when both izdaari and myself started posting videos on the old .com ...... for other forum members that might have been fine..... but for me it was too little too late....... .... i had already made my decision to remain with the .com forum as long as it kept working... and that was long before this forum even became reality....... and if this one had not become reality and if the .com had ceased to exist then i was going to put my days of being involved on fff related forums behind me......... for good........
but now....... this one is here....... and in my opinion it;s a much better forum than the .org ever was....or ever will be under the direction of it;s current owner....... not only do i feel i have every right to remain here and be an active part of it... but i feel i also have the right to encourage friends who are still members of what i consider to still be a broken and dysfunctional forum to join in and take part with us.......
if fssl doesn;t like that ..... ... then that;s his problem..... i don;t lose sleep worrying about what he likes or doesn;t like....... never have... and never will......

And therein lies the greatest irony. The complaints he's voiced about this forum are completely inconsistent with the history you cited. If FSSL believed then what he believes now, he should have refused to accept the .org forum because it competed with the original .com forum and attempted to draw away members from that old, old .com forum. Where was his righteous indignation then?
The fact is, he has mismanaged his own forum and abused its members, and now he's beside himself because there's an alternative. -

--I spent time updating the college list and provided working urls for those colleges.

--Starting another forum is fine. Replicating my forum and soliciting members from my forum is unethical.

Pranking users who had to rely on their ignore feature was something you witnessed years before you asked me to take over the .org Remember how I pranked Steven Avery? It is exactly what I did on .org to Tomato. -

I didn't replicate anything that I hadn't already created myself. I have told you this multiple times now. Yes. I solicited two users that had already left your forum. I added a link to this forum in my signature. I didn't create the "Joshua" account to solicit anything. I just created it to answer the lies you've posted about this issue.
