Admin... that post above is exactly what internet law calls "doxing." If I wanted that information to be publicly stated on this forum, then I would have posted it.

I am not vindictive. I don't care that you posted it. However, it is illegal.

Here's the post where FSSL publicly shared his email address on this forum. If he didn't want people to know his domain, he should have used a gmail address or something.

Or just do a WhoIs on fundamentalforums.org, or a WhoIs on his email address domain, or just browse to that domain. When you register a domain, you are warned that your information is publicly accessible, and you have the option to pay more to keep it private.

If I tell everyone my email is joeblough@jowbloughsdomain.something, I have no right to complain if someone goes there and finds out my real name is Joseph Blough, and my address is whatever I list on that site.

remember when he taunted us saying we were all too dense to realize our own words we posted on other forums had given him all the information we suspected he found through private messages?........ ........ well if anyone is dense it;s him........ he;s given more personal information about himself on both his own forum and the old .com fff than any of use ever did combined....... information that included his full name..... his business and personal activities.... even pictures and videos of some of those activities...... and whether he likes it are not the web addresses of professional legally operated businesses are not private .... they are a part of the open and public internet..... and posting them is not considered illegal activity..... it;s simply passing on the web address of a business someone else might find useful...... ... it would be up to him to either confirm or deny that he was the person listed as that businesses owner if someone searching for it;s name happened to find it listed here....

and like i told him.... where myself was concerned... on his own forum a few weeks ago....... he is the one with the reputation to lose............ but me?..... i am just a nobody..... a mentally ill girl with documented mental and emotional disabilities who he followed across 3 forums on the internet and is now currently carrying out a campaign of harassment against ....... i am also a person who has every right .. and even an obligation...to inform authorities who are legally responsible for my welfare of anyone i feel might be posing a threat to that welfare .... as well as supply them with all the information i have in my possession that might help them investigate and resolve such a matter.....

what i told him the other day was not a threat....... it was a fair warning....... and i don;t give fair warnings twice...... i also don;t harass people or try to get back at them through dirty and unethical means like he obviously has no problem doing to all of us... .... he told me to leave his forum and i did...... and i have made no attempt to go back........ . but he came here to do nothing but harass me and the other members of this forum through false accusations and ridiculous ultimatums. .... and he has continued it... ... .... he has been told to leave this forum multiple times... and he has refused to do so...... i have already filed formal complaints through the legal means available to me and services that are afforded me through the authority i mentioned earlier which is responsible for my welfare....... where they take it from here is up to them.........

Now I am receiving absurd threats... I have never followed ANYONE from forum to forum.

I didn't even know Aleshanee until after I owned FF.org. I have no clue who she is, in real life. I have not followed her here. I have never sent her a PM.

These threats are baseless, ridiculous and show just how dangerous this current forum really is.

By the way, looking up publicly available information is not illegal. And to quote Wikipedia, "Essentially, doxing is openly revealing and publicizing records of an individual, which were previously private or difficult to obtain." When you advertise your email address on a forum, tell everyone what you do for a living, send all that information to someone in an email, etc., that is not information that is previously private or difficult to obtain.

Everyone who registers a domain is warned that their personal information is PUBLICLY AVAILABLE unless you pay a fee to keep it private. By default, it's not private nor difficult to obtain.

Doxing can be used to aid law enforcement, business analysis, extortion, coercion, harassment, etc., some of which is illegal (or should be). Doxing, which is basically just searching for information on the Internet, is not illegal -- what you do with that information MAY be illegal, depending on what you do.

Taking your differences with a person who refuses to reconcile the differences to the church, as the Bible instructs, is none of the above. It is the Biblical approach to solving a problem where a Christian brother refuses to cooperate. In this case, FSSL has refused to stop trolling us and leave. In addition, he is spreading lies about us in his own forum, and refuses to stop.

fssl was not threatened.... he was reported - after being given a fair warning........ big difference....... if the report turns out to have no substance then so be it........ but it;s out of my hands now....... i told him i had enough and i meant it...... he was lying when he says he knows nothing about me....... my story has been posted all over both the old forum and his own ...... if he neglected to read that when he was searching the forums for other information about the members of this one then that is unfortunate...... .. but he certainly knows enough about me now just through the conversations we had here.... that it should make any intelligent person back away and cease from a campaign of harassment after being asked to do so....... .......

he only told me to leave his forum once...... and i did......my desire to leave was for many reasons...... but one of the biggest was to get away from him............ ....now he has followed me and the other forum members here - to where we came in an effort to get away from him - and is continuing his campaign of harassment......... ....... and he has the audacity to say we are dangerous?......... thats laughable.... the more he says here the more he reveals that he has the personality and character of a sociopath........ someone who never sees himself as being in the wrong.... and has no conscience concerning his actions towards others...... ....... i have been diagnosed with a lot of problems...... but never that one......

Since I have done nothing illegal and I am not provoking Aleshanee publicly or via PM, I ask, Mr. Admin, that you take the necessary precautions to stop the bully tactics.

Reported for what reason? I do not reply to her on this forum? I don't send her PMs. I have done NOTHING that even approaches illegal activity. YET, she reports me the authorities and you sit like a bump on a log.

Just because you are so desperate to start a forum does not mean that you should allow unfettered, unsubstantiated and absurd bullying tactics.

I'm not desperate for anything but the truth.

She hasn't bullied you. Approaching authority is well within her personal rights. That has nothing to do with me nor this site.

Do you really expect me to punish her for exercising her individual rights?
