  I'm curious.....
  
  How did you raise your children? Was it more about the "law" of the house or was it more about "grace"?
  
  I ask because I think its important to the understand of "Law and Grace" in the context of the Scriptures.
  
  I have a friend that posted a message on facebook about its better for children to obey their parents because they "love them"....
  
  I wanted to say, "DUH"..... How's that working for you?
  
  As much as we like to talk about Grace..... and I love to talk about it. The law still has to apply. Not that law makes anyone free. It doesn't. 
  
  However, children don't have enough knowledge or experience to even begin to live by "grace". Children will ABUSE.... Grace. They will. I did. My children have. Everyone does. In such a case, the law must apply.
  
  Don't get me wrong. My law is different than the Leviticus law give to Israel....but they are basically based on the same principle.
