Old "Chuck" has come out and bragged that Trump hasn't been included in the budget process. That Senate and House have cut him out of the process.....
That sounds like a perfect opportunity to veto the legislation and force them to override his veto or include him on the process.
Trump should veto the bill and say he will sign a continuing resolution till September and nothing else. That would kill this crap they've got going in with the establishment and Republicans working together to oppose Trump.
