The answer really depends on how you LOOK at the issue. Ultimately, God's purpose in this life is to bring forth a people that willingly serve Him. In that sense.... The answer would be yes.
However, there will be plenty of people left out that COULD have exercised their faith in Jesus Christ and just refused to do it. People who has everything they needed and more to choose Christ and they don't.
Sad. Horribly sad....
