I read those headline the other day on a facebook post of popular "Pastor" in my area.

I thought this is going to be good....

I continued read....

If you need help, then you need to be at "blank (my church)" Sunday morning. God wants to help you!

I immediately was saddened........

I just can't understand why people...... want other people coming to them.... for help.

I much rather have read....

If you need help, Jesus Christ is only a few words away! Call to Him now!

i always see that as people trying to speak for God.... or come off as the voice of God.... .....if you break down what they are really saying it;s usually along the lines of - "God wants to help you..... but He will only help you if you listen to me....."....

I agree. Its definitely implied.
