Matt 23:15

“Woe to you, experts in the law and you Pharisees, hypocrites! You cross land and sea to make one convert,and when you get one, you make him twice as much a child of hell as yourselves!

If you start at the incarnation of Christ, that would mean that religious humanity are now producing children 100 fold/times as much a child of hell than the Pharisee's during the advent of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Something to think about.

False prophets produce false converts.

And, by being that much further from the truth, each new generation of false converts becomes worse than the previous one.

So yes, it is very conceivable that converts to those cults and false religious groups today, would be 100 fold the children of hell than the Pharisees were during the time of Christ.

But God does intervene here and there. In His own time, and in His own way.

Turning some of the people involved in revolving cycles of cults towards salvation by grace through faith in Christ.

And destroying some outright. Stopping them dead in their tracks.

In the end it all works to the glory of God.
