in the 19th century a lutheran writer named Christian Johann Heinrich Heine said..... ."where they have burned books... they will also burn people....".... .in the 20th century more than one totalitarian group, both left and right, and bent on tyranny.. proved it to be true..... ....
and now... in the 21st century... we have the digital equivalent of book burning by way of left wing big tech companies ... also bent on tyranny.... censoring social media..... and colleges, where free speech was once a sacred right, silencing anyone their left wing overlords disagree with..... .... also, in recent weeks we have seen them take a page straight from the taliban-alqaeda and isis playbook and begin tearing down...beheading.. and burning statues of religious and historical figures, they think they have a problem with..... .. attempting to "cleanse" history and make it fit their left wing narrative... ..
how long will it be before they go from beheading and burning statues of people, to beheading and burning real living people they see as representing what those statues stood for?.. or even burning and slaughtering those who simply did not march in lock step with them as enthusiastically as they thought they should..... that page is in the taliban-alqaeda and isis playbook too..
if the history of tyrants in the 20th century taught us anything.... . it should have been that historical cleansing leads to ethnic cleansing...... ....anyone with even an ounce of education in history or has been paying attention knows that..... .. so why are none of the news media pundits... college professors.... statesmen and politicians one either side of this... all of which consider themselves historical geniuses.... not speaking out and telling people this very thing?.... warning americans of what could could come next after these riots and violent protests, they so glibly call "block parties".. run their course?........
to the contrary, democrats... leftists..and the main stream news media are playing word games with definitions.... insisting that what we see happening around the country are "peaceful" protests..... never mind how many people, including police officers, are murdered or beaten... or how many buildings and monuments are burned by the mob.....
a few years ago i read a book written by a defector from soviet russia.... ..he wrote that in the cold war soviet union a common maxim was repeated as a doctrine among the socialist-communist dictators who ruled russia with an iron fist.. ..it expressed in words the actions, and explained very well the general attitude toward those they ruled... .. it said..... "we will urinate in your eyes... and you will say it is holy water...".... ......... ... .....for far too long now the democrats, far left wingers, and the majority of the main stream news media have been lifting that page straight from the old soviet playbook..... ...and their ever loyal minions willingly accept it.... ... .that;s what it means to be "woke" in america... ..brainwashed by the socialist mob..... ..... ..where do you think this will end?...... .. ..is anybody paying attention?
