I had hernia surgery several years ago. I can still feel the patch under my skin.

I have been through the physical wringer myself a couple of times in the past few years.

Getting older is not nearly as much fun as we thought it would be when we were young.

yeah, tell me about it. I'm 63 and approaching middle age.
