Strategic bombers are some of the most fearsome military aircraft to exist. Their role of bombing targets of high importance in enemy territories is very crucial in war.

The United States Air Force gives high priority to advanced bombers projects, considering these aircraft can project their power worldwide. Now, the USAF is expecting a new strategic bomber, the B-21 Raider. Northrop Grumman will produce the aircraft, which will be operational in the next couple of years.

The characteristics that determine how powerful a strategic bomber are range, payload, and survivability. According to Northrop Grumman, the Raider can cover the requirements of all of these three aspects for many years to come. The B-21 Raider strategic bomber wants to continue the legacy of the American company when it comes to designing, developing, and producing top-class bombers and aircraft in general.

The Vought F-8 Crusader feels like one of those aircraft. First flying in March 1955, the F-8 Crusader was one of the finest carried-based fighter jets to ever emerge from the United States. It earned the nickname “The Last of the Gunfighters” as it was the final American fighter built with guns as its primary weapon.

this is something that irritates me.... . we should have over a thousand F-22 Raptors in 
the u.s. military inventory... not fewer than 200... with only a 100 able to fly... the  video
blames the pentagon for being short sighted and not seeing a need for more...  but it
was barak obama who wanted the F-22 program cancelled... probably because, in part
bush and cheney had already forced an early retirement to the F-14 TomCat.. and obama
didn;t want a republican to get credit for making deeper cuts into vital american defense
systems than a democrat.... and some say it was also because the F-22 was so good, no
foreign made fighter could match it... and obama hated america so much he didn;t want
 his own country to have a significant advantage over russia.. china... and the ayatollahs
of his beloved islamic republics........ ...

they can;t say they cut it to save money.... because before the dust even settled in the 
F-22 production plant, the u.s. set forth on production of a fighter that was going to cost
 far more to develop... and end up being less capable... the F-35... or "fat amy".. as some
of the F-22 and F-15 pilots call it...

was the largest airplane still flying... has been confrimed destroyed in russias attack on
a ukrainian airport.... it was apparently blown up in it;s hangar.. ...

now the C5-M galaxy is the officially the largest aircraft flying....  and in fact.. one just
took off from hickham yesterday and headed west...
